Players of Witchbrook will be able to play together across Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 when the cosy witch-themed RPG launches. The confirmation follows an earlier message suggesting the feature would be added after release.
As reported by Smash Jump, a developer initially posted in the game’s Discord that Switch-to-Switch 2 Crossplay would not be available at launch. About a week later, the developer corrected the update, confirming that players on both systems would be able to play together.
Witchbrook’s release date was announced during a recent Indie World Showcase. The game had previously been delayed, with its developer saying it needed more time to expand the world and its inhabitants.
