The English voice cast for the Nintendo-switch-2/">Nintendo Switch 2 remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time has been announced. Unlike the original Nintendo 64 game, which had no spoken dialogue, the remake features voiced characters in cutscenes.
The cast includes Lisa Reimold as Navi, Erica Mendez as Zelda and Sheik, Matt Mercer as Ganondorf, and Richard Epcar as the Great Deku Tree. Suzie Yeung voices Saria, Frank Todaro voices Kaepora and Rauru, Laura Post voices Impa, Josh Petersdorf voices Darunia, and Anne Yatco voices Ruto.
Deva Marie Gregory plays the Deku Tree Sprout, Cristina Vee voices Nabooru, and Reba Buhr voices Kotake and Koume. Daniel Bushey, Rachel Seeley, Danny Hunt, and Haley Hanna Hunt are also credited for voice support.
Mercer reprises Ganondorf after voicing the character in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This is Mendez’s first time playing Princess Zelda. The announcement also notes that several cast members have previously worked on Fire Emblem games, including Reimold, Todaro, Post, Petersdorf, Gregory, Vee, and Buhr.
