A recent job listing from Nough Studio has offered an early look at the company’s next action RPG, which is expected to follow Lies of P. The role, spotted by Insider Gaming, points to a project inspired by The Wizard of Oz and built with Unreal Engine 5.
The studio’s plans to expand beyond the world of Pinocchio were hinted at by Lies of P’s secret ending. Neowiz, the game’s publisher, also registered the trademark “Wonders of O” in September, a name that may be connected to the new project.
The listing seeks a character concept artist for a major production. Responsibilities include designing characters, creatures, weapons, clothing and accessories in line with the studio’s art direction. It also calls for the ability to create varied body types, suggesting the game will feature a range of creature designs. Applicants should have experience developing games for PC and home consoles.
Nough Studio is also looking for candidates with substantial experience as players. Applicants must have played Lies of P for at least 30 hours, completed at least three games in the genre and demonstrate a strong passion for video games.
The project is still in its early stages. The listing describes the studio’s aims as high-quality graphics, deep level design and intense action, but does not provide further details about the game’s release or platforms.
