Natsume has officially unveiled a long-term content roadmap for the farming and social simulation game Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea, which launched earlier this month on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The plan outlines nine additional downloadable content (DLC) packs scheduled for release through 2027, culminating in a special celebration marking the 30th anniversary of the Harvest Moon franchise. These expansions promise to extend the adventure with new characters, storylines, locations, animals, recipes, and upgrades.

The first expansion, titled Merus's Dilemma, is available immediately for $6.99 or its regional equivalent. This pack focuses on resolving electrical issues in Maplehill Town caused by the character Merus. It includes a Harvest Goddess Tools upgrade, four new refrigerator designs, new cheese and tomato varieties, six new recipes, and additional story requests.

Two further narrative-driven packs are scheduled for December 2026 at $9.99 each. Gorgan's Family Dispute introduces Zog, a new bachelor character, as players attempt to change his mind about humans while unlocking extra high-difficulty mine floors and a mining discount pass. Nera's Rescue Operation features Emmy, a mysterious girl and new bachelorette who washes ashore on a remote island; this pack allows players to explore the new Treasure Island location and includes a fishing zone discount pass.

Early 2027 will see the release of two smaller cosmetic packs in January. The Mooberry Cow Pack ($1.99) adds pink cows and a retro-themed outfit, while the Moonana Cow Pack ($1.99) introduces yellow cows with a similar retro outfit. In March 2027, Lupo Wants to Explore will launch for $6.99, enabling players to ride Lupo as a new mount, discover legendary animals across different regions, and access more story content.

The roadmap concludes later in 2027 with the Gaston the Gourmet pack, the Sweet & Smart Home Pack, and the special Harvest Moon 30th Anniversary Pack. Players can purchase these expansions individually or acquire a season pass for $24.99 to unlock all current and upcoming content at a discounted price. Additionally, Patch 1.3.0 was released this week for Switch 1 and 2, addressing a crash in Tidewind Chapter 1, slightly increasing camera speed, and fixing several minor UI issues.
