Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered has unexpectedly become available for the original Nintendo-switch/">Nintendo Switch. The game is listed on the Nintendo eShop for $30, the same price as its Nintendo Switch 2 version.
Until now, announcements had pointed only to a Switch 2 release. Atari had previously said that retail demand had shaped the decision to release the game on Switch 2, while leaving open the possibility of a version for the original console. The company has now added that version to the eShop.
At present, the physical edition is available only for Nintendo Switch 2. The original Switch release is listed digitally.
